    The estimated delivery time to Spain is 48 to 72 hours on business days.To the rest of Europe 5-7 business days. If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the shipment will go back to the nearest messenger company office, where it can be picked up at no extra cost. In case the customer wishes to have the shipment delivered again, an extra charge will be applied for each attempt of delivery. The delivery will only be made to the address indicated by the customer. Paladar Plus will not assume any responsibility when the delivery is not made or is delayed as a consequence of false, incomplete or faulty information, or in the case the delivery cannot be made because of external causes affecting the messenger company. If the customer is aware that our delivery deadlines are not being respected, please notify this, as soon as possible, to Paladar plus through our e-mail info@paladarplus.es, in order to try to identify the reason why deadlines are not being respected. If for any reason the product(s) is lost, Paladar Plus will decide what steps to follow so that the merchandise is sent again.

    • Privacy & Security

    The collection and processing of personal data is aimed at maintaining the business relationship and the performance of information tasks such as, training, assisting and other activities typical of Paladar Plus. These data will only be disclosed to those entities which are necessary with the sole purpose of complying with the purpose mentioned above. Paladar Plus takes the necessary measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13th December, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD)

    • Change and Return policy

    If a product arrives damaged or spoiled because of transportation, Paladar Plus will reimburse the customer the full amount paid for the product, to the same bank account from where the payment was made. In that case Paladar Plus will take care of any extra delivery costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used or altered in any way, and has been kept in its original packaging. Thereby is of the outmost importance that customers notify Paladar Plus through our e-mail info@paladarplus.es the reason for their claim within a period of less than 7 calendar days from the delivery date, enclosing a photograph clearly showing the problem. If the package content is the wrong merchandise, Paladar Plus will reimburse the customer the full amount paid for the product(s) to the bank account provided, or will send the correct product(s.) to the address provided. In this case, please notify Paladar Plus within a period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

    • Right to desist

    As a customer you are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, no questions asked. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party, indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the last of these goods. To exercises your right to desist, you must notify Paladar Plus of your decision to withdraw, through an unequivocal statement, using any of the following means: By mail to C/ Sonrisa 7, P4, 3A Alcobendas 28100, by telephone at 914872816 or by e-mail to info@paladarplus.es. You may use the withdrawal model provided below, although its use is not compulsory. To meet the withdrawal period, is enough to communicate your decision to exercises this right before the 14 day period is over.

     

    Consequences of desisting

    In case you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments made by you, including delivery fees(except for the resulting additional delivery charges in cases when a different delivery method is chosen from the standard delivery we offer.) without unduly delays, and in any even, no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw form this contract. We will proceed to carry out the before mentioned reimbursement using the same means used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise, in any case we will not incur any fees as a result of reimbursement. You also have the option to electronically fill in and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website www.paladarplus.es. If you chose this option, we will notify you without delay through a medium, (for instance, electronic mail) that we have received your withdrawal petition. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have presented evidence of the return of said goods, whichever condition is met first. You must return or deliver the goods directly to Paladar Plus, without unduly delay no later than within a period of 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal form the contract. The deadline will be considered met within the established period, if the return of all goods is made before the 14 day period is over. We will assume the return cost, provided that the proper return documents given by Paladar Plus are used. As a customer you are responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a different way from that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.     • Orders

    • Price, Payments and Discounts Policy

    All product prices include the Value Added Tax(VAT) and taxes that may be applied at source. In all cases, prices will be marked in Euro currency (€.) These prices include handling and packaging of the order, but do not include, in any case, shipping and/or delivery costs which are charged separately. Any payment to Paladar Plus entails automatic issuance of an invoice to the customer.

    • Payment Methods

    The payment methods that Paladar Plus has, are as follows:

    - Credit card; this process is done through Banco Sabadell, whose virtual POS are proven by the Safe Shopping protocols used by cards systems, and the rules and multiple advanced safety options. The codes entered by the customer are directly sent, by the platform, to the bank, and under no circumstances are stored in the webpage.

    - Bank transfers; these transfer must be made to the Sabadell bank account number: 0081-0309-76-0001690180 (IBAN ES39-0081-0309-76-0001690180), indicating as Beneficiary Mrs. Beatriz Garcia Moreno(NIF 04847554M) and the order number must me included in Concept.

    - PayPal

    - Cash on delivery; customers must pay the carrier, the corresponding amount, the moment the order is received. This amount is paid in cash.

    • Upgrading account information

    You can update your account information( personal data , contact details and/or address, etc.) when you wish to. To do this, you can simply log in to your account and modify the information as you see fit.

     

    • "Confianza Online" Clause:

    “These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Parties submit themselves, by choice, to resolve conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction and courts from the users domicile. As an entity ascribed to Online Trust and the terms of its Code of Ethics, in case of disputes relating to recruitment, online advertising, data protection, child protection and accessibility, the user can go to a disputes settlement court from Online Trust, http://www.confianzaonline.es, in charge is the Advertising Jury and the National Consumer Arbitration Board.”
