After entering the facility, immediately turn left and hide behind the chest. Wait until one of the two guards leaves, then apply another bait. Quickly bypass the obstacles and climb the stairs to the next level.
At the top of the stairs, take pictures of the many characters directly related to the Devil's Breath. Go ahead to the main part of the camp. You'll notice Standisha there. Go down and launch the yellow block to distract the guards in the tent.
Then climb into the tent and stick to the right side. Lower the red toolbox and keep to the right side, passing through the open container.
